What is included at an Ocean all-inclusive resort?
All-inclusive covers every meal across buffets and a la carte restaurants, local and premium drinks, snacks, sports and activities, day and evening entertainment, and kids clubs. You never reach for your wallet inside the resort.
Where are Ocean Signature Resorts located?
We have 11 resorts across 4 Caribbean destinations: the Riviera Maya and Costa Mujeres (Mexico), Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and the Trelawny coast (Jamaica). All sit on or near the beachfront.
Are airport transfers included?
At resorts carrying the Free Transfer category, round-trip airport transfers are included when you book on the official site. Elsewhere we arrange them in advance at a fixed price.
Do you have adults-only resorts?
Yes. Several resorts are adults-only (18+), built for couples and groups of friends, while others are family resorts with water parks and kids clubs.
Are the resorts family friendly?
Yes. Family resorts offer water parks, clubs for children and teens, pools and menus designed for younger guests.
Is there a loyalty programme?
Yes. H10 Rewards is free and pays from your first booking at any Ocean or H10 hotel, with member-only discounts.
When is the best time to visit the Caribbean?
The Caribbean is warm year-round. The dry season from December to April brings the least rain and is the most popular. May to November offers better rates and quieter resorts.
